Reassuring young kittens & nervous cats and caring for elderly cats is our speciality.
We are located in a peaceful rural setting, where your cat can feel safe and secure. We can ensure total dedication to your cat as we are not part of a farm and we do not cater for dogs. Because cats are sensitive, selective & fastidious animals, each cat or family of cats has it’s own heated chalet and additional exercise area, with sneeze barrier for privacy and to guard against infection. During winter months, we enclose one of the access corridors with transparent upvc panels to create a conservatory effect and enhance your cats comfort. Chalets also have a pleasant outlook, to avoid cats feeling bored or feel isolated.
We're inspected & licensed by South Gloucestershire District Council.
We are committed to ensuring your cat feels relaxed and cherished during it's stay. We'll do whatever it takes to promote your cat's sense of wellbeing.

WHAT TO BRING
Current vaccination certificate and brush if your cat enjoys being groomed. We provide baskets, bedding stools & scratch posts, but you can bring your own if you prefer. We administer medication to “compliant” cats. Ensure any medication is clearly labelled and provide written details of how and when to administer it. If you have more than 1 cat, please also indicate how we tell them apart to ensure we treat the right one!
If your cat's flea treatment is due during it's stay, please bring along a Frontline or Stronghold spot on application and we will apply it. Alternatively, we can provide a product for £4 if purchased at the time of check in.
WHAT WE OFFER OUR FELINE GUESTS
Each
individual chalet has electric heating in the living/sleeping area.
For the compfort of our elder feline guests and those with health
problems, an additional infra red lamp can be installed. Each chalet
also has it's own exercise area.
Housekeeping visit at least 3 times per day to clean and tidy.
Room Service provide meals and drinks at least twice per day & a snack on arrival. We feed the popular brands of wet and dry cat food for all age groups. #
Hospitality & Entertainment provide TLC, cuddles & grooming if permitted.
My husband and I always choose Aristocats
#We will happily serve any food that you wish to supply but there is no reduction in the daily rate if you wish to exercise this preference due to the additional time that would be taken to prepare individual itemised bills for up to 60 cats. We cannot provide prescription food or food for specific breeds due to the terms of our insurance.
